BAS members visit the trade stands at the annual Kelling Heath Star Party
In addition to our regular programme of Tuesday evening meetings, Society members also take part in the following activities:
Trips to a dark-sky observing site in the Lake District
Solar eclipse viewing demonstration for local schools and communities
A group trip to the Equinox Star Camp in Norfolk

A guided tour of the University of Manchester's radio-astronomy facility at Jodrell Bank
Public solar observing display at the Moses Gate Country Fair on 18th July
Public evening observing session at Seven Acres Park on 28th August
Expedition to the Equinox Star-Party in Norfolk, 10-14th September
